I purchased lens replacements for a pair of frames I wanted to keep that had an old prescription. When they arrived I could not even wear them. The prescription was way off and I had double vision. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Truly confused filling out online forms solo Was shocked and relieved when the online assistant asked if I would like them to call me and fill out forms together what a blessing Lexi was sooo patient and super professional it was a breeze once Lexi was there to assist Total relaxation and trust is how I now feel dealing with Lens Direct
