Karielle helped share status updates for me since it was taking so long and I'm desperate to get my lens. She couldn't help the shipper time but she did help me with expediting once it got to their warehouse. Super nice and friendly and helpful. I wish they would send more emails with updates on my lens order, but otherwise. She was great to work with.

This company is remarkably accessible and personable. They treat you as an individual and are very transparent if an occasional issue arises. I highly recommend the recurring order. It's made my life so much easier.

Claire is an excellent cs representative. I emailed about an eta on my order she emailed me back quickly telling me lensdirect was waiting on my rt. Eye lense to arrive & my order would be shipped asap.

It will not allow me to give ZERO stars which is what they deserve. Not only did they mail my son's contacts to the wrong address the first time, they sent us the WRONG prescription that they will now not take accountability for. My son (he is 11) opened the box and put a pair in, he couldn't see at all and tossed them without telling us. He put a second pair in only to have the same result, the script is the same in both eyes so there is no room for error there. Turns out, both boxes shipped have the wrong script on it. Order also says "verified" by our eye doctor. Our eye doctor has notes of confirmation with LensDirect with CORRECT script provided. LensDirect agent told me I can only return the unopened box for a refund. Refused to address the problem of sending the wrong prescription. The agent just kept repeating that I could return the unopened box for a refund. I've cancelled all our other future recurring orders with them. They really do not deserve our money.
