I accidentally ordered the wrong contact lenses recently. Sherine found the error and corrected my order, then reached out to me for approval before submitting the change and had the correct lenses sent to me. It was great to have the error I made corrected without jumping through hoops. Sherine was quick to help me and get things taken care of, and very responsive to my emails. Very polite too. Definitely plan to use their services again!
