This is a company that does not care about their customers. It is taking about a month just to get my glasses back. This is a second attempt for them to try and get their lenses right because their app software kept giving the wrong PD. What is discouraging is that they continue to say I am high priority and they are expediting but simultaneously requesting the full 14 days. they are managing me, shutting me up not actually doing anything. They’ve had them since January 5. It is now the 12th and from my last call it looks like it will be about another 10 business days before they decide to finally mail them out and then they said I can call them after that if I don’t get them. Just looking forward to getting my glasses back and finding a new provider. Customer service rep was lovely but doesn’t actually have the ability to change any of these issues.

Hello CJS! We’re truly sorry for this experience and understand how frustrating this delay has been especially after a second attempt to correct the lenses. Waiting this long and receiving conflicting timelines is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize. While we’re glad our customer service representative was kind, we recognize that kindness alone doesn’t resolve the issue, and we take responsibility for the lack of progress and clarity. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you’re willing, we’d appreciate the opportunity to review your case and see how we can help bring this to a resolution. Thank you for sharing your feedback we’re sorry we let you down.
