Looked to this vendor for my repeated contacts, and they were$20 higher than others? Just what do these companies expect of customers? We are usually dedicated to them when we get a product at a reasonable cost. You would assume that a company like this would want customers to be loyal. Can't happen when you price-gouge.

After using Replace-a-lens for over 15 years with no issues google put Lens Direct above RAL in the browser window, they had an advertised discount and since it would be an order for single vision lenses I gave it a shot. Btw - I didn’t buy the cheap lenses, they are the polycarbonate with their highest coating package with AR and blue light blocking, plus paid extra for the 12 month warranty. I’m still trying to figure out what the “Direct” stands for. The progression scale basically shows my New Ferrari Frames sitting in off track holding. Today they finally confirmed they received the frames on Feb 12 and didn’t scan them into their system until Feb 16. One can only surmise Fast Frames are purposely slowed down as a reality check. Maybe if I would have bought Ford Pinto frames they would have been allowed on the track. Thank goodness I didn’t buy the Bugatti or Aston Martin frames. Maybe the LD stands for something different. – Underwhelmed in Az March 10th (Update after delivery) Sadly, NO additional Stars earned 🥺 My assessment: their Best premium lens coating is sub par and nearly invisible. (the description: Aura Ultra™ Anti-Reflective Best - $50 upcharge Hassle-free clarity with superior protection. Advanced Hydrophobic & Oleophobic - Resistance to water, smudges, dust, and streaks; Superior scratch resistance Blue-light protection) what a waste of money, the lenses are a loose fit in the frame, and i know it’s not the frame since the demo lenses shipped in the frame did not move. Don’t waste time & money with these guys! Unless you’re a gambler and want to roll the dice 😛
