Bibi was very helpful but I had a horrible experience texting with your AI. Telling me my order number was not correct, but Bibi found it immediately. She was also very helpful with my options for reordering the correct lens!

You filled my prescription wrong and made me pay the return shipping. After multiple terrible interactions via email I switched to chat. There is no option to speak to a real person. I will never purchase from you again.

Sharissa made my experience with Lens Direct so helpful.. She was amazing in solve the issue and I would highly recommend using them. I am truly looking forward to receiving my new lenses in one of my favorite frames.. that I dare say are now considered "vintage."
