Just ordered my glasses lens replacement 2 min ago process was great over the phone Chela in customer service walked me through whole process 5 star to her. As long as I receive them back by June 28th before we leave for vacation this company will have all our business for life time here on out. I pray they come through will let everyone know if they stay a 5 star or go to a 1 star hopefully 5 star as I payed $20 extra for fast return.

It took several weeks to get my lens replaced back. When received they only gave me reading glasses. I sent my full prescription and asked for bifocals so I can use them for close and far. In addition the plastic frame fits my head tight and it definitely fit perfect when sent. They up charged me for some better lenses so it ended up costing me around $90. Not happy definitely would not recommend them.
