Frames are great but unfortunately the lenses aren’t correct. Hoping to have it resolved quickly because I would love to do business with this company again.

Burberry Frames …
Frames arrived on time and packaged well. I really like the frames, but noticed the corners were scratched and I called Lens and Luxe to address the issue. Connor helped me and apologized for the scratches. He suggested I sent them back for them to polish. S&H was covered by them and if I’m still not happy with how the frames look, Connor said I could return for refund. I appreciate the satisfaction guarantee and making sure I’m 100% happy with my purchase.

Over a week and paid $35 for expedited.
I cannot review the product as it has not yet arrived. I paid $35 extra for expedited international shipping and it has been over a week and the item has still not arrived. Edit: although I appreciate you shipped it immediately, you shipped it as a Priority Mail International which has flat rate shipping available and delivery of 6-10 business days. I would absolutely not consider 2 weeks expedited shipping.
