The order was not filled as requested and I have requested it be redone, or refunded.

I sent small Bose frames in to get replacement lenses. Twice now they have sent me back large frames instead of my small frames. The large frames WILL NOT fit my small head. I am in the process of cancelling two orders because I am afraid to take the same chance with my other Bose frames. I went from so excited to so disappointed.

I have used Lensabl year after year, to make sunglasses, and update my existing frames with new LENSES. AWESOME SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :-)

Not please w this company. Never sent the box requested to send frames in for lens. After I used my own box they finally sent me a box. This caused me concern that they didn’t seem organized. Now I’ve sent them my expensive frames and it’s been 19 days and still haven’t gotten them. After I send email requesting if there may be a problem I’m told another 6 - 9 days more until they ship. I can only hope once that happens they are done correctly. I will not use them to do my sunglasses frames.

Excellent, fast service. Very happy with the prescription lenses they placed in my designer sunglasses.

Great pricing. Overall positive experience. Little tweaks could send this service over the edge as top-notch. Such as through descriptions of each available option so I know why I might choose one over the other. Also better communication of the turn around time for getting my glasses back. It was a little challenging to find that information. But I was very happy with my final product and will use this service again, as well as recommend it to others.

I placed an order on Dec. 17 and shipped 3 pairs of expensive designer frames/glasses to have prescription lenses installed. The website states orders take 3-4 days. I understand with holidays orders would take longer. I made a few inquiries about the status of my order and was told they would be shipped "soon". Today I received an order, but it was someone else's glasses. I immediately contacted customer service via Live Chat from the Lensabl website and no one has followed up. After waiting one month, I still don't have my order and my expensive frames and replacement lens order is missing. I'm out over $1500 for the frames plus the $275+ Lensabl invoice. Absolutely horrible experience with Lensabl.

So far, so good. Only halfway through the process--I got my box and have sent my glasses off to get new lenses. I'll review the second part when I get them back.
