So sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the lens color. We have photos of our lens colors here: https://www.lensabl.com/sunglass-color-guide If your lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription specifications provided to Lensabl, we will happily remake your lenses at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong. If you haven't done so already, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

We reviewed our communication with you and we advised that we need you to send back the frame to be inspected for damage. If they are not fixable, we will of course replace them for you. A support rep will follow up with you today via email.
