My glasses took much longer to get than anticipated . . . about 3 times longer than expected. However, despite the delay, my glasses came back with my new prescription and I am very happy. For the price, Lensabl cannot be beat!

Had old frames made into sunglasses and they look great. Took far less time than my first pair, were packaged well & the Rx was perfect. Love knowing that I can turn old glasses or vintage frames I find into new ones. Makes frame shopping fun!

1st two pairs of glasses were flawless. 3rd pair of glasses - problem with the frame - they were so accommodating to correct the situation - replaced in days! Absolutely best service/product out there. Thank you.

I love the glasses and am very pleased but I am a little frustrated. My glasses case was not mailed back to me and was instead replaced with a lensabl case. The case I had before seemed much more protective, and it was more efficiently sized. I am now stuck with a bulky case. I wish this was given as a choice when I checked out.

My order took much longer than indicated, almost a month to receive glasses. I sent my sunglasses in for prescription lens replacement in a very nice case. It was not returned with my order. Also, the original lenses were returned unwrapped in their shipping box, but when I cut it open, the lenses fell out onto the concrete floor. Very disappointed. The lens prescription includes a no-line bifocal and is poorly aligned in my left pupil. Again, disappointed. I'm not sure I'll be able to rely on using these for much of anything like driving or reading. Not a good investment of $400+ and will appropriately review and vlog online my experience.

Very responsive customer service. Glasses came and the lens color matches great! Very easy process!

To say I’m underwhelmed and unimpressed is an understatement. I paid over $200 for prescription lenses and this is not my prescription. These are totally unusable.
