The process is quick and easy and is mostly done online, so I could easily understand what details and documents should be provided, track the process, and sign the terms with an online notary. The terms and fees are clear, and the conditions are among the best I found for foreigners. I was supper happy with the service I got along the way, with a dedicated account manager that answers questions and helps to facilitate everything. I highly recommend Lendai and will definitely use their service again in the future

Borrowing money in the US as a foreign national is a long and complicated process, however the people at Lendai are there to cheerfully and professionally guide you through. As foreign investors who have been scraping together cash for 10 years to invest, we are beyond excited that there is now a reasonably priced, 30 year financing option available.
