These shelves are beyond all…
These shelves are beyond all expectations I had. I had high expectations as the pictures looked amazing. I love how there are 2 nail holes visible in the front of one of the shelves. The brackets to hang them are genius!

Love my reclaimed wood shelves
Love my reclaimed wood shelves. They add a nice natural element to my home decor and at the same time, create practical space for books and artwork. Love them.

Product was better than expected
Product was better than expected. Only thing l would have liked was clearer installation instructions.

Thanks so much for your review. We appreciate your feedback and we agree that we need a bit more clarity in our installation guides. Great news! We recently redid all of them and are just waiting for them to get back from the printer. We are also launching a new website in the next month or so that will have interactive instructions to help make the installation less intimidating. Thanks again for your purchase and review. Reach out if you have any questions!

Beautiful…
Beautiful…. I ordered floating shelves and from the time I ordered them to receiving them was a wonderful experience. It was a very quick process and when they arrived they were even more beautiful than I imagined. I was looking for something that was unique, not something that you could pick up anywhere. So my shelves didn’t let me down. Thank you, Jane

Worst buyer ever
Worst buyer ever! Do not buy ! do yourself a favor save your time and money , an arrogant seller, I receive a shelf nothing as describe full of halls and nails in the front more than 20 halls not a few as describe and return for a return , and the seller want to take 20% restocking fee for what ??!?? Very bad experience #donotknowwhatyouget

Hi, We were surprised to see this website review since we have been communicating with you via Etsy, where you purchased. As was explained on our Etsy page before you made your purchase, we do charge a restocking fee for returns that are not damaged. Different selling platforms have different policies for their sellers. We do not charge a restocking fee on our website. Nail holes in a piece of genuine reclaimed barn wood would not be considered damage, as they are naturally occurring and to be expected. This information is also provided in the Etsy listing details. As we discussed in our messages on Etsy, we are happy to accept your return and will process the refund accordingly, as soon as it has been received. If you have any other questions, you are welcome to reach back out to Seth to continue your conversation on Etsy. Thanks, Kristi
