Excellent!

I love my mattress! It is nice and firm, which is how I like my mattesses. It has not done any sagging or hot-dogging in the middle at all. I feel such relief and comfort when I get into bed each night. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the price. The only reason I was able to afford it was because of a promotional code on top of a sale that was going on.

Easy, just surprised by tax at the end.

Been using the Lessa mattress for a few months now and while i appreciate the quality of materials and how easy the whole set up was, I'll be honest, for the price point i expected a bit more in terms of firmness and support. It's comfortable enough but not quite the game changer I was anticipating. That said the Customer service was good and responsive.

They were kind and efficient. Didn’t take away my bed frame - I was led to believe the haulaway included all that I bought. Since I bought a beframe, they should have taken it.
