The products on LED Lights world are a great value. The customer service is fantastic, even though they are so far away. They always get answers for my questions in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my associates and friends.

Bought some ir led lights on sept 30th 2014. I paid by PayPal the same day and time of the order. They said they shipped 8 days later. They sent the slowest, cheapest way to ship a package. It was a small package. It did take 45 days to get them. I left a review a week ago but they filed a complaint about my review and I had to rewrite this review. They emailed me and said they did not know why it took so long and would refund my money. Maybe this was just a freak chance in shipping. They did give me a refund as of today November 23 2014. I feel they should have use a better shipping rate to decrease the time it takes to received my package.

I started my relationship with LEDLights.com by email on approximately march 2014. Ethan responded with information I requested and that began a 41 email relationship lasting until Oct 2014. At that time I received the order of LED light tubes. I got the best price available. I asked many questions and Ethan was very gracious in his responses because my purchase was relatively small. Thanks again Ethan. Cal Weber, Cherry Valley, Ca. U.S.A.

I've ordered from LED Lights world several times now and have been very happy with the quality of the products. Shipping is prompt, unless you use Hong Kong post, their website is easy to navigate and emails are answered quickly. All in all a good experience.
