The customer service has been excellent supporting me to launch and solving problems promptly. My problem was that a security feature on the website host has stopped the learndash setup wizard from being completed. After getting instructions from the learndash support team, who successfully identified the root cause, I was able to temporarily disable the security feature and complete the set up. Now I’m happily working on my first course.

I've been using LearnDash for awhile now and they have SO MUCH in their software I hadn't even delved into. Their documentation and videos on the software is excellent, but I had a couple of things I needed clarity on. Geoff was fantastic in helping me out. Not only was he thorough in guiding me on addressing how to do what I needed, his instructions were clear and easy to execute, and that's CRUCIAL for customers when resolving issues. I am very happy with this product and their stellar support! It's definitely worth purchasing! If you're looking for a LMS that has EVERYTHING to get you off the ground and the best support when you need it, don't snooze on LearnDash. It's one of the best out here on the market.

im facing bugs and sure its a bug because i've looked at every setting. just bought last week - emailed 2 times, tried going to their chatbox on their, no replies until now. terrible customer service

I’ve had a disappointing experience with LearnDash. The platform lacks flexibility in certain key areas, like creating more advanced quizzes and customizing courses without additional plugins. The customer support is slow and often unhelpful, which makes it frustrating when trying to resolve issues. There are also many missing features that should be standard in an LMS of this caliber, and the constant reliance on third-party plugins feels like a workaround rather than a true solution.

The LearnDash support team is fantastic! They always respond with good reference (including video/snapshots if needed) to a solution and where we've stumped them with something new, they are quick to get on it!

LearnDash as an organisation are so helpful and responsive whenever I've logged a ticket, and been very patient with me getting up to speed with using the system.
