Never again! Took my money. I was sent a letter but I didn’t know I had only 2 weeks to submit it. Because they sent it 2 weeks after the doctor signed it. I was told I had 30 days. I spoke to someone there about it. They said they would do another letter. However that was in May2022. It’s now September 2022. Money wasted!!!!

Hi there! We're terribly sorry about this inconvenience. We do know that recommendation letters in your state are only valid for 30 days, which is why this does need to be submitted before that expiration date. The doctor did not show up to the appointed time. I had to initiate an inquiry. Was told to message the doctor directly as their systems were outdated. The doctor said they would approve me when I did finally connect with him and then nothing happened. At every step of the way I had to follow up to find out where we were in the process. The communication was terrible. It almost seems as if the people running this company are enjoying too much of the product they're supposed to be approving.
