I want to know why my probation officer just told me that she couldn’t find me in the registry and that the prescribing doctor out of Georgia is on probation for drug trafficking!

Almost a month ago they only asked me two questions. I still don’t don’t have my certification they tell me they stayed will contact you. I’ll send you email. I never got it. I think so. They’re all a scam. They just took $180 with nothing don’t trust it go a real person

I don't know why i was cha$149 for a renewal, last year I was only charged $99, not one i won't be using this company next year

They have been spamming me to renew with them and went so far as to schedule an appointment without even knowing I was still alive just to then tell me my card would be charged if I don’t cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. They set said appointment without less than two weeks’ notice…again completely without hearing from me in any capacity whatsoever. I have spoken to no one from this company in a year and they’re attempting to rogue charge me $100. Absolute criminals.

As a courtesy to all our renewing patients, we proactively schedule renewal appointments to help ensure uninterrupted access to care. This is a service we offer to everyone, and it's not meant to be a spam tactic. We understand in your case, this may have felt like unwanted contact, and we apologize for that. It's important to know that we never charge anyone unless they complete their renewal visit and are re-approved by the doctor. Simply having a scheduled appointment does not result in a charge. The $100 fee you mentioned would only apply after a successful consultation with the doctor, and only if you choose to proceed with your renewal. We would absolutely never charge anyone without these steps being completed.
