Their customer support is super quick to respond and are always very helpful. Shipping is as fast as you can expect during a pandemic. I’ve only tried one of their products so far so I can’t attest to the quality of all of their products, but what I received was excellent.

I have not yet received my card yet and no no body seems to be able to help me out seems like they took their money and couldn't explain anything after that

I payed extra for two day shipping, but I haven’t gotten the product yet and it says it won’t be here until a week from when I ordered it. EDIT: They explained it was because of covid and the election, and refunded the shipping cost and offered a ten percent discount on the order itself- really good customer support as well.
