Hi Jason! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We apologize that the certification has not been received yet. We understand how important it is to receive that in a timely manner so that you can complete the process. I see that Dr. Epstein signed and mailed the certification on 01/07/2025. Once mailed via USPS, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to receive it. As it was mailed on 01/07/2025, please allow until 01/23/2025 to receive it as that will be 10 business days from the date it was mailed (not counting weekends or federal holidays). If it has not been received by 01/23/2025, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can have another mailed to you.
