The website I was directed to is in Spanish. I do not write or read Spanish very well. Making it impossible for me to fill out the form. If I can’t fill out this form, I’m going to require a full refund. Thank you very much.

Hi Frank! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I apologize for any frustration or confusion caused by the language barrier on the state site. The state's website is in Spanish since it is the primary language of that state. Some browsers will translate the page for you, and we do have a step-by-step guide in English that tells you what to look for in Spanish.
