Installers were friendly and answered all my questions. They knew what they were doing and explained things as they did them. All and all it was a pleasant installation. Nothing to clean up when done. Love our new walk in shower.

From start to finish, the salesperson (John) was in constant contact. The company worked to get the stairlift in a very short period of time (before Christmas). The price was a little expensive but in comparison to other companies out there that require you to purchase a yearly maintenance contract, it is very reasonable and I don't have to worry about maintenance calls (covered for as long as I own it). The installation was quick and the technician cleaned up afterwards. In-law took a test ride and was comfortable with the device. The only negative comment would be the antiquated hand held remotes that look ro be from the 60's and the infrared signal is not very strong, otherwise, smooth riding.

We purchased the chair lift on Dec 1 and it was installed on Dec 5, 2022. Very quick service. From the beginning I have had trouble with the track and my oxygen tubing getting tangled. I have NOT been able to use the chair when I am home alone. I have almost fallen twice because I get tangled. I also find the piece that was added on the bottom of the track was very unnecessary. It has made a great safety issue. When coming down the piece that comes down on to the floor will land right on the tubing. Big problem. I am unable to go without oxygen at all so taking it off is not an option. I think this should have been addressed when sold. Unfortunately, the oxygen supplies can not come up with a solution. I hope you can. After all, one of the biggest selling points was the safety of the lift. Please call ASAP. Thank you in advance.

The representative was on time, he explained 3 types of stairlifts to us and it was installed 3 days before my mom was to come home from the hospital. She suffered a stroke and have trouble going upstairs to her room. This saves me so much time. They also give discounts to veterans.

I like your product but your service department never sent a technician out to see why my stairlift malfunctioned nor a callback to talk me through it over the phone. I was very upset and disappointed. Thank God I was able to figure it out but a simple callback would have saved me alot of time and despair.

We appreciate your cooperation, as well as the opportunity to resolve this for you, Ricky.

First off there should be no lies second when I called back and leave voicemail no one returned my calls Third I think this is not the way a reputable company would be proud of their employees so if you would like to discuss this with me you’re welcome to call Me Since your local people are not calling back
