The finish job looks just great. There’s too much restriction on the plastic tube fittings for the water and consequently there is low water pressure. We’ll have to talk about that.

We had a shower installed downstairs and a walk in tub upstairs. Both Daniel and Mark did a great job, and we're loving our new bathrooms. We had a few glitches (forgotten parts, showerhead needed replacing, etc), but Ed and Gary responded quickly and helped get us back on track. Highly recommended 👌

The salesperson should have told us the shower head if not adjustable , so we had to go buy another and put it in . Installer did a nice job and was concerned about our needs . Cleaned up after installing on showers .

We hope you love your new shower for years to come, Dawn!

The work done in my bathroom was completed in a timely manner and the clean up was satisfactory. The worker was very efficient and respectful. They were given one panel that was incorrect so they lost @2 hrs of time to go and pickup the correct piece. They did return and worked until the job was completed. A very long day. Initially the job was to begin on a Friday but due to circumstances outside their control it was postponed until Saturday. They arrived early on Saturday and worked a full day. The tub was difficult to remove. They needed one more day. I asked they return on Monday (not Sunday) and they did and put in a full day. So it was technically complete in 2 days. The work order was missing one item and when this was brought to their attention the office said they would correct it for an added cost. I passed on it and resolved the issue myself. That worked out well. Also I had a window treatment included and the current window sill was to be preserved but this was missing in the work order so it was not. Otherwise all went well.

The installers did a fantastic job on our walk in shower. They were in and out in one day. The new shower has greatly improved the look of our bathroom.
