Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

The size of the shower pan was written up different than discussed. The crew left a mess and the shower walls stick out 4 inches more than the floor pan. We have called in a complaint but not heard back yet. The shower water control looks cheap and unfinished.

The sales person was very professional and clear on explaining the product he was selling.

The young man was very experienced, and was very courteous, and explained each step on what he was going to have done each day they did a good job cleaning up after themselves not only in my condo but all the way to the truck. Thank you

From the sales to installation the process was smooth and timely. We are also like havind the lifetime guarantee for service and repairs if needed.

It was done in one day, looked great when done. There was an issue we discovered after the work was done, but the response was just right. We made one phone call and the issue was resolved that very day.

The information was presented in a clear, concise manner. We never felt pressured to purchase the stairlift but were given all the information we needed to make our decision. Every question we asked was answered in a respectful and easy to understand way. The installation was done the day after our purchase and the installer did an excellent job. He did his work in a very professional manner and left the area neat and clean.
