User Friendly!

LawPay is always reliable and accurate. I have been very pleased with LawPay. I was nervous to accept credit card payments for my IOLTA account but have increased business tremendously because of doing so and have never had an issue in the handling of the costs by LawPay.

I love LawPay! The prices are competitive and the customer service is exceptional!

Overall, love the convenience of the software. The downfall is how hard it is for our clients to use. We have had more than our share of declined cards because of the wrong address or other glitches. We have one client who can't use the software on his browser. I never wait on hold when I call in and I appreciate that. We over look the short comings because we love the convenience.

Great and easy to use. I tried other vendors and they didn't understand the law business. They would hold up transactions, set limits that were not reasonable, etc. Law pay is the best vendor for processing client credit card payments!

LawPay is easy to use, a real convenience for our clients and provides us with an improved cash flow.
