We are 1 attorney and 1 paralegal
We are 1 attorney and 1 paralegal. We signed up for LawPay back in January 2022 and have never had an issue whether we have to get phone support, or online support. It is so easy for our clients as well. And I think your fees are very reasonable and I would rather use this service than any other online payment provider, period! There are disounts often, for instance if you use Clio I think there is a discount. There are interesting and helpful seminars and CLEs as well.

Credit card fees are high
Credit card fees are high. Other companies have much cheaper fees. Interface is otherwise good.
