Much of the process is easy and intuitive, but there is one glaring exception...in app messages from professionals. Most services will at least send you an email that you have a message even if they make you log in to see the message. Lawnguru does not do this and I have missed multiple messages because as a customer there is no reason to log in daily.

LawnGura never showed up to clear our snow for the last two snow falls including the terrible sonw/ice storm in February 2026.

Fast, quick, and easy. Just pay for the service online through LawnGuru and someone comes out and does it, no other interaction needed. Also, they provide a one-time lawn mowing service option unlike most providers - convenient for when you need a quick touch-up.
