Did not receive my shipment
Did not receive my shipment. I received a notice that it was damaged in transit from the tracking notifications but I have not received any other communication in regards to the status of my order. Is it coming still?

Status: Fully Refunded: La Vinotheque understands that there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. La Vinotheque will honor claims for reimbursement in such events. In order to process claims, La Vinotheque requires that the customer who received the delivery return all damaged products at the direction of La Vinotheque, we'll make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items. Please understand that if you do not return the damaged products, La Vinotheque may not be able to provide you with the refund.

I found a case of wine on the site that I had been seeking out elsewhere and was having a really difficult time finding it on other sites. La Vinotheque had it in stock and shipped it right away. I got it in less than a week. Competitive price & great service! I'll be back!
