High Yield Savings beats the competition..
You have a very competitive interest rate and although I had never heard of Laurel Road, but Key bank is a trusted bank. Transfers take a long time to post, so be sure you retain enough funds for 4 or 5 business days. I feel comfortable with Laurel Road.

Helps me save and manage my money
The APY on the high yield savings account is among the best in the industry, and has the benefit of coming from a reputable institution. Definitely considering refinancing my student loans with Laurel Road when the COVID payment pause ends.

I opened a high yield savings account…
I opened a high yield savings account with Laurel Road to maximize my savings prior to purchasing a home. I called Laurel Road when I had questions and their premium care specialists were always very nice and super helpful.

Holding my money for no reason
Have waited 3 weeks for them to unfreeze money I transferred in FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME. Have called multiple times and told the same thing "wait more business days..." I am very close to filing an official CFPB complaint.
