I’ve been a LaserAway client for nearly a year (based in Dallas) and have generally been satisfied with my treatments, including GLP-1, Thermage, CoolSculpting, Potenza, and Clear + Brilliant. On December 6, while visiting Denver, I purchased a package of four Thermage treatments for nearly $5,000 and was explicitly promised a complimentary Potenza treatment as part of the purchase. However, when I attempted to book the Potenza session on December 26, I was told it does not exist in my account. I immediately called the Denver clinic and was told the GM would add it within a couple of days after returning from vacation—but as of today, it still has not been added. My expectation with any business is simple: be transparent and honor what was sold. I should not have to repeatedly call or text to receive a service that was promised in connection with a purchase. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in LaserAway, and it has been extremely upsetting. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue other options and take my business elsewhere.
