Your trust means everything to us, and we’re grateful you felt supported, respected, and cared for throughout the process. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad Randi Nix and the team were able to step in, cut through the automated IRS notices, and get those penalties reduced for you. Having $5K removed and securing additional time to get financially situated before setting up an affordable monthly plan can make a huge difference — especially when you’re facing the stress of seizure notices. Providing relief, clarity, and workable solutions during high-pressure situations is exactly what we aim to do. We’re grateful you trusted us to advocate on your behalf and help lift that weight off your shoulders. If you ever need support moving forward, we’re always here for you!

Thank you so much for the incredible shoutout! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Bo will be honored to hear your recognition for taking on your case, and we’re so glad Rui and Heather were able to support you throughout the process — especially when it came to working with you on payments and being available whenever you needed guidance. Congratulations on the successful state settlement — getting a $50K debt resolved with a $100 OIC outcome is life-changing, and we’re grateful we could be part of that journey with you.
