The course was changed from The Hague to Amsterdam in a short notice (2 day’s time). Accommodations were filthy. The educational facilities were a tiny room and a whiteboard. If you want to travel and study abroad, I strong recommend looking for another company.

Hi, They are just not responding properly to my emails, l have been waiting since last Friday and nobody seems to be responding. I had a few questions related to visa documents, still no one is providing an answer for me. I am still waiting to get their email, it is the 4th email today l sent them. So l don't really know why they are so slow and not answering my questions properly.

Hi Said, thanks for your message. We're very sorry for the delay getting back to you. Please understand that we are still experiencing personnel shortages due to the pandemic. We're working to get to every student as quickly as possible. We're very sorry to disappoint you. I've asked my colleagues to get in touch with you as soon as possible to address your request for an English course.

Hi Ruben, We're very sorry that you've had a bad experience working with us. Our sales team has been trying to reach you via email to provide more information and answer your questions, but we've not heard back from you. Please be sure to email your student advisor as soon as possible, so we can address your concerns and hopefully find a solution. We're very sorry that you've not been able to reach our team on the phone. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, our team is still working irregular hours as we try to weather the economic storm. We're happy to set up a time to speak with you via email that works with your schedule. We hope to hear from you soon.
