I bought my first Lahome rug two months ago. I was skeptical that a rug could be folded, mailed and still fill my room. Did I mention it is also machine washable! Not only that it is absolutely beautiful. I didn’t even need the corner tabs. We absolutely love it. Then I ordered a second rug. It came damaged during shipping. I contacted the company and within one day customer service responded back to me. I was very impressed with this. The replacement is on the way without cost to me. The customer service is phenomenal! This company wants my business! Worth it!

First I want to say what a great customer service team. Easy to reach prompt response &helpful. Second, I love my new carpet. The quality & design are perfect. I love that they are washable which makes a huge difference instead of using a carpet cleaner. Toss it in a machine with confidence knowing it’s getting a good cleaning. In fact I’m planning to make another purchase for runners for my hallway. Happy to find this product.

Great customer service, very quick! I ordered 2 beautiful rugs, quick shipping. One came removed & before opening I contacted customer service, just to clarify. After opening the rug was perfect. I can't wait I until our new flooring is installed to set the 2 rugs up.
