I never received my refund. Company owes me $243.33
I had ordered a bottle of cologne, order number 531240, which I returned back to them on July 1, 2026. This was confirmed by USPS. They never refunded the money that they promised back to me. As of September 8. 2026. I am still out $234.33. When I tried to call the Business and speak to someone at the showroom, no one answers the phone and it disconnects you. This is very disappointing. I thought I was ordering from a reputable business.

Please provide tracking number as we do not have confirmed return of the product. We shipped UPS these product because they are expensive are require confirmed return delivery.

The waiting time was too long. Very few people taking care of many customers

We know at times there can be a long wait, we ask our customer so be understanding as there is a limit to what we can do. On Saturdays we have our full staff of over 20 people helping customers in store , however it can be busy due to the demand of customer and the time they want to test the fragrances once there numbers are called. We do have in store pick up to avoid this wait , we advise those in a hurry on weekends to explore that option. thanks
