I was looking for a bulk quantity of an item at a good bulk price and I found it here. I also found other individual items which were not on my immediate radar buying list that I also purchased at very competitive prices. However best of all was the customer service. Some of my purchased items were out of stock at the time of purchase (this was shown on the website) so I requested my order only be shipped complete. I contacted customer service three times via email over a three week period and on each occasion I received a reply with the desired information or action the same day. I will return to purchase in the future based on thier customer service alone. Thank you

I have shopped with this company for 20 years. Super service and prices. One year for Christmas I purchased 25 dog treats and bones and wrapped them individually and put them on a big box for my grandkids to open. They loved it. I don't buy bones/treats at pet stores as they are too pricey.
