Great service, slow delivery
I was very impressed with the level of service KV offered, particularly offering to get directly in touch with my vet on my behalf. My only frustration was with delivery. My order was placed on 12/21 and my three-day delivery did not arrive until 12/29, meaning my cat had to go several days without his heart medication.

Thank you for your review with Trust pilot. Customer feedback is appreciated. I tracked your package to see the tracking progress and see that you order shipped the day after it was placed and because of Christmas, UPS did not move much on Thursday, not at all on Friday and only overnight air packages were delivered on Saturday. The holidays falling on a weekday this year really slowed shipping. I hope your cat is doing well now. Please let us know if you have any questions and someone will be happy to help you. KV Supply

timely delivery. however, my vet doesn't charge much more than you do. i thought that your products were reduced much more.

Fast and accurate
I generally use KV as a source of kennel doors. I support businesses that carry low turnover yet important repair items. Service has been good and communication timely on stock issues.
