Repeatedly I experience emails returned because their MX domains are blocked by other email services. Since I switched over to this company, this has been going on. Sometimes it is in spurts of between few each day to dozens each day and has gone on for several weeks until it stops. It will be fine for some time, maybe a week up to a couple of months and then it starts happening again. FOR YEARS this has gone on. My emails to support go unanswered. I ask for a reason it is happening and get no reply. When I look at the info in the reject/returned email, it almost always says the MX server IP is being blocked by email services like email.com and outlook.com. I have even had email I sent to the KVC support email address rejected and returned. How bad does a support team have to be to have emails sent to their support email rejected!!! The only reason I could think this could happen is that KVCHost is selling hosting space to and harboring bad people that are involved with sending bulk spam out and maybe worse resulting in KVC's MX IPs being blocked.

Chose this company for hosting because they had good customer service, but this has gone down over the past 2 years. Now the hosting of my site seems to be down more time than it is up with no explanation. Sad that a once good company has become so bad.

Problemas are solved fast, I use KVC almost 10 years now and I’m happy.

Too Much Slow Hosting. I run Only One Website On Shared Hosting My Site Is Much Slow.

I've had a shared hosting account at KVChosting.net for few years now and I use it for websites that are not high priority, basically testing and stage websites or websites that I don't care that much about. I wouldn't recommend them for any serious hosting needs or your money websites. Around once per month the website is down and I have to contact them to check what's going on. It's always something happening with the server. Every time I'm surprised that they don't have any kind of monitoring set in place or how nonchalant and unapologetic they are about these outages and server issues. They are fast to reply initially, but dealing with them is quite frustrating. They are very cheap, just don't expect reliability.
