You guys always do an amazing job ❤️ thank you so much for your support with my family and my partners family. I will never send any of my love ones to anywhere else. The updates are so comforting, knowing where your loved ones are and will be in the process.

This was the best experience I have had with a cremation company. I have had 4 family deaths (father, two grandparents and mother) in the past year and dealt with different companies for each and Kramer has been the best so far. Their pricing was straight-forward (no hidden fees), the customer service was top-tier, they understood my situation and did everything they could to help. The lady I dealt with her name was Alyssa and she went above and beyond for me and actually cared about my situation. She worked with me to get everything accomplished quickly and I am very grateful. She mentioned many things other companies I dealt with earlier this year did not.
