I have yet to experience any significant issues with this company that can’t be rectified. Communication has always been solid, turnaround is reasonable, prices are fair for the quality.

My very first order from Korbanth! Two beautiful sabers delivered in a beautifully designed box! Numerous blade effects, quotes, music & sound fonts: phew, finally some unusual fonts, it's cool! Although, initially I was confused and a bit frustrated because the Graflex Basic Saber did not come fully assembled or have instructions, this was resolved after speaking with a Korbanth representative through email. The saber kit does come with parts to customize your saber to match ANH (A New Hope) or ESB (Empire Strikes Back).

Great saber, a vast improvement over the V1 in every way (the V1 was also good, just small). Saber was reasonably priced considering the high quality of the item I received. Item arrived promptly and was securely packaged.

Purchased the graflex basic and am happy to say I am loving the product so far! This is my second saber from Korbanth and, although I may not know a ton about the market, I can say the two sabers I have are stellar replicas with top tier FX capabilities and I’d recommend sabers from Korbanth to anyone who wants a great product at a great price! Shipping was also very fast - happy customer!

I've been so happy with my purchase. Encountered an issue with my hilt after reaching out, they responded extremely quickly and sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. After it was shipped, they reached out to inform me of the issue and that it's been fixed, and they shipped it out promptly. I've been wanting a Korbanth saber for so long, and I could not be happier with my experience and product.
