new man
new man, unfamiliar with our facility. missed some extinguishers that he will have to get next time. it would be nice if we could get our invoice that day so I can finish up our purchase order.

Cant seem to get their scheduling …
Cant seem to get their scheduling together ! All I wanted was to do all the testing in one day has been a fiasco .

Koorsen,
Koorsen, We are really pleased to have Koorsen Fire & Security on board with our school facility. Bringing our facility up to date is going to be a challenge. We are confident that Koorsen can make this happen. We were hoping for a quick transition but, as to be expected with an old system, there have been some hiccups. Overall, we are happy with our choice and hope to have Koorsen's continued support for years to come.

Excellent Service!
Bob Havlin is an excellent fire extinguisher instructor for Koorsen. I'm very satisfied with Koorsen service at Ryobi Die Casting. Good Job!

Overall training was great!! They were more than willing to be available for demonstrations at any time.
