I am very happy with Ketoconscious
I am very happy with Ketoconscious. This is the first diet meal plan that ai could follow and enjoy the meals I cook. I had a plateau where I was not losing weight and I checked myself and started drinking more water eating more fats and vegetables and the weight started to fall off. My husband eats everything I cook but doesn't stick to it like I do. Thanks for the helpful tips, weekly check up and delicious meal plans.

I love most of the recipes but I find…
I love most of the recipes but I find there is too much food. There are two of us and we find left over days occasionally help clean up the fridge. After ten weeks, I find I am two weeks behind. I have skipped one entire week to catch up. I am steadily losing weight but not keeping strictly to the recipes provided. I have also found intermittent fasting a benefit but once again I am skipping meals. I don't get hungry or at all uncomfortable if I drink a lot. I am a kidney transplant recipient and must drink 2 litres a day anyway.

The Konscious Keto meal plan is great
The Konscious Keto meal plan is great. I started with the 28 day and ended with the 90 day plan. Love it and its staff and supporters for my weight lost journey were supper I was159lbs, now 134 lbs and still loosing. There products are enjoyable and tasty and great. My favorite ACTIVATE. 5+++ STARS TO U GUYS

GLAD I TRIED KK
I was on KK for 12 weeks, beginning as someone totally new to Keto and three months later feeling I (and my wife) could and should remain on Keto the rest of my life. Here is what I appreciated. Naturally I had questions, and I asked them, about the diet, recipes, and outside Keto products. I got quick answers that were specific, helpful and always within 24 hrs ( unless asked on late Friday, time difference). The diet works, but differently than I imagined, so there were periods of disappointment. These were explained and I was able to easily get thru them. Another thing is the recipes. Some have turned into a regular part of our eating regimen including deserts and main courses and would prepare them even if we were not on Keto, obviously there were others I did not give a 2nd glance. I have been eating Italian for over 40 years and still think it’s the most delicious food, but these recipe enabled me to either eliminate or transition recipes to be Keto friendly, so old habits were easily over come. I lost about 21 lbs in my 12 weeks and need to lose at least 10 more. I have every confidence. ( by the way, claims of more energy, and better digestion were true for me. I am 81 and now walk about 1/2 half to 1 mile a day and watch about 1/2 as much tv)
