Very patient and understanding with a tech novice

Was like going to restaurant. You say what you want and they give you want they want. I wanted a new Linux with Mint what I got was used Dell with Ubuntu. Transfer was a mess if you are not computer savvy. Way under budget but not what I wanted. Will start over by buying what I want and then get a geek who will set up what I want.
