My White River Firecraft 3.5 Magnacut was shipped up to me in Canada extremely fast. I had it within a few days. I don't usually online shop across the border because of the extra possible hassles with customs, but this experience was good. You do pay a premium for that FedEx international shipping, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely shop with Knifeart again in the future if they have an exclusive I want like this one.

Ordered a Winkler Belt Knife with rubber scales. Ordering was easy and after my order was placed, I promptly received tracking information. I received my Belt Knife well packaged and in approximately 4 days. I could not be happier with my purchase through Knifeart.com, as far as Winkler, the quality and pricing speak for itself. Knife was received in good condition, but I was disappointed that KnifeArt did not order their knives from CRK with double thumb lugs, like others do and that I had to ship the knife off immediately to CRK for modification. I was going to return the shipment, unopened, but KnifeArt's return policy, restocking fees, etc were a bit steep to justify repurchasing elsewhere.

Pleasant experience base on description of the product, shipping and price. Very few companies provide total satisfaction these days and knife art is one of them. Thank you knife art and keep up the the good job.
