I give Marley just one scoop of Kitty Supps Taurine every day. His energy level is high and his coat is so shiny, and amazingly soft. I definitely can see the benefits of his taking this supplement!

My cat is 18 years old, and struggles with upper respitory issues, if I understand the kinetics of taurine, giving her this supplement has relieved my worry of her going into kidney failure. Though her dose is low, she gets it every day and it helps her...I see a difference in her energy. So yeah, it works and I am grateful.

Hi Katie, We’re sorry to hear that your cats would not eat the supplement and that this experience has been frustrating for you. Cats can be very sensitive to new smells and tastes, and we understand how disappointing it is when a product does not work out as hoped. We also hear your concern regarding the cancellation requests and the extra jars you already received. Customers should always feel confident that subscription concerns and account requests are being handled clearly and promptly. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and ensure the subscription status is properly checked from our side as well. Mariel from KittySupps

My fussy cat likes Kitty Supps Taurine. He has been using it since April 3, 2026. Before that he was using another brand that I had my doubts about. This is very easy to administer, just mix it in with his morning cat meat and he eats it fine. Plus I know he is now getting the taurine that he needs to keep him healthy. Thank you Kitty Supps!

Hi Virginia, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating and upsetting this experience has been for you. We understand your concern regarding the missing shipment, refund request, and the unexpected additional charge you described. Our subscription option is intended for customers who want automatic replenishment orders, but customers should always feel fully informed and able to manage future shipments and billing preferences clearly. We also understand how disappointing it is when an order issue and refund concern remain unresolved from your perspective. We take feedback like this seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to review your account and order history more closely. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can further check the situation from our side as well. Mariel from KittySupps

The KittySupps are well received by my two cats. They chew the knot, bat the stick and kick the ends whilst playing. The sticks are packaged well and arrive unbroken
