Faulse advertising was given a deal 2x sup for one price, only to find out I was put on a subscription this is a dirty tactic from this company when asked for that order to be canceled and refunded I was only met with we have canceled your subscription. Won't be buying again.
Response from kittysupps· Mar 21, 2026
Hi Jonnie, We are truly sorry this experience has left you feeling misled. Coming to us for a deal and then finding yourself in a subscription you did not feel you signed up for is genuinely frustrating, and we completely understand why that does not sit right with you. We also hear you that when you raised it, the response you received did not fully address what you were asking for. A cancellation confirmation is not the same as making sure you felt heard and fairly treated, and we are sorry that gap existed. We would really like the chance to look at your specific situation properly and make sure you feel good about how this gets resolved. Whether that is a conversation about the refund or simply making sure everything on your account is fully closed out the way you want it, you deserve a real answer from a real person. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and we will take care of this for you personally. We are sorry we lost your trust, Jonnie, and we hope we can at least leave you feeling this was handled with honesty and care. - Mariel from KittySupps

After a month, the product arrived. And then so did another charge claiming I was now signed up as a subscriber! Despite my complaint, they charged my credit card twice prior to getting the product! I had to cancel my credit card, and low, and behold, yet another charge came through which now totals four charges. Fortunately, I have a different credit card number now, but despite the complaints every single month, I am still getting charged! I was completely taken in by the writing. I have an elderly cat that pukes on occasion. That was one of their claims, better digestion. I certainly haven’t noticed that. She vomits the same amount, and I have refrained from using this stuff till our next Vet visit. The primary goal of this company is to separate you from your money through their very earnest well written story ads. I doubt this is totally a con, but their practices are unethical.

Hi there, We are so sorry. A delayed order, unexpected subscription charges, and then continuing to be charged even after cancelling your card, that is an enormous amount of stress and we completely understand why you feel the way you do. What you have described goes well beyond a simple misunderstanding and we want to take it seriously. We also hear you on the product experience. You came to us hoping to help your elderly girl and you have not seen the difference you were hoping for. That matters to us, and we respect that you are being careful and consulting your vet before continuing. That is absolutely the right thing to do. What we want most right now is to make sure the billing situation is fully and completely resolved. No more charges, a proper review of everything that has gone through, and a real human being accountable for making sure it stops. You have raised this repeatedly and you deserve more than repeated complaints going nowhere. Please email us directly at [email protected] with as much detail as you can about your account and we will escalate this immediately to a senior member of our team. We want to go through every charge personally and make sure this is resolved properly and transparently. We are truly sorry it has come to this point. - Mariel from KittySupps

I got intrigued and interested in the Face Book adds and tried it once BUT !!!!! I was added to the auto ship subscription. It came from Chine ? go figure huh. I did reach out and did a reply BUT they never stopped the auto send subscription, so now I had seven containers from them and they still send it and charge me. I have tried the cancel and pause options but they ignore this. I am now going to contact my credit card co. to dispute this charge. After 7 shipments I think I know their scam. Also the product is grossly over priced. There are many other Taurine products for half the price and much less waiting time. Again, PLEASE avoid this scam site. The product maybe good BUT ! there are many more I know this from experience.

Hi Bruce, We are so sorry. Seven shipments arriving when you did not want them, charges continuing despite your attempts to cancel and pause, and feeling completely ignored at every turn. We understand completely why you are frustrated and why you feel the way you do about us right now. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and the fact that your cancellation attempts did not result in a real resolution is something we take very seriously. You should never have had to reach this point. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will personally ensure your subscription is fully cancelled in writing, review every charge with you, and work toward a resolution that is genuinely fair to you. A real person will handle this, not an automated system, and we will follow up to make sure everything has been taken care of to your satisfaction. We are truly sorry, Bruce. You deserved so much better than this experience and we want the chance to make it right. - Mariel from KittySupps

Vorsicht! Finger weg!

Hi Verena, We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we want to address this personally and honestly. We do want to clarify one important point for anyone reading this: KittySupps has no affiliation whatsoever with katzensupps.de or katzensupps.com. These are entirely separate entities and we have no connection to them, their reviews, or their business practices. We would encourage anyone who has had a poor experience with those sites to contact them directly, as they are not us. KittySupps operates independently, and our reviews reflect real customers who we work hard to serve every single day. We take the integrity of our platform and our reputation very seriously, and we understand how confusing it can be when similar-sounding brand names exist in the same space. If your experience was with KittySupps directly, we genuinely want to make it right. Please email us at [email protected] and a real member of our team will review your case personally, thoroughly, and without delay. We are not going anywhere. - Mariel from KittySupps

My cat had the cat flu and this helped her recover faster. Her eyes aren't crusty anymore and she's back to her normal self. Shipping took about a week.

At first my cat wasn't a fan, but after a little while he got used to it. The brush takes the hair off easily without making a mess, and the carpet remover does the job too.
