Helps my cat's immune system
Helps my cat's immune system. She doesn't get sick as often. Would give 5 stars but the price is a bit high for what you get.

Defrauded me out of shipping fee...I…
Defrauded me out of shipping fee...I received the product on time, however, they used what the USPS delivery person said was a false postage paid mailing label and I got stuck with paying the shipping fee again, $9.80. This is fraud and I will never do business with this company again, no matter how good the product is. This is additional information. The shipment was sent through the USPS, not some secondary shipper. The delivery person himself said that the shipping label was typical of the fake postage paid labels (his words) that they more and more often see where the buyer is left paying the postage. There is no other way this could happen except as an intentional act of the shipper or their agent which is why I used the strong word of "defrauded." The company advertised "free shipping." (Perhaps if it is not free outside of Canada they should say so in their advertising.) I did not even take the time before to also complain that I tried to remove the subscription checkmark, but it must have been added again after the fact because I was just charged again for a recurring subscription but the order was already in the mail. I have not yet received the order yet but am concerned there will be another shipping cost due. I have since emailed them to cancel the subscription but they did not offer to cancel the charge since it had already been shipped. I will be stopping the payment through my credit card if it has not come by the time I get the statement. I had purposely wanted to avoid a subscription because I wanted to go to review sites to check out what others had experienced with this company and product. I found the review decidedly mixed with a lot of people experiencing difficulty ending subscriptions, although generally the product seems to be ok. I have told this company that I do not intend to purchase from them again, even if the product is ok. The company is just too unreliable, and that seems to be a pattern, based on reviews as well as my own experience. .

***** Do not buy from KittySupps ***** AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM. Buy pet Taurine from Walmart for $9 (or anyone else). I made a single valid purchase from KittySupps on 12/11/2025. I did not sign up for any subscription. However, they automatically enrolled me in a recurring subscription and charged my card $99.86 each month. I cancelled the subscription on 4/10/2026, but they still shipped me another unwanted order on 4/20/2026. When I contacted support, they only offered a partial refund and tried to brush it off. This is a clear pattern of deceptive billing practices, signing customers up for subscriptions without consent and making it extremely difficult to stop the charges or get money back. I had to escalate the issue and am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. They use sneaky subscription tricks that cost you money even after you cancel. Save yourself the headache and stay away. 04/28/2026 Update to their response: Anna from your support team assured me that my case had been escalated to billing. She promised to cancel all active subscriptions linked to my account and process the full refund of the four unauthorized charges totaling $399.44. She specifically said she would personally update me within 48 hours with confirmation. It has now been more than 5 days with zero communication or follow-up from anyone at KittySupps. Their response in TrustPilot is fake and words only. I am disputing with my Credit Card company and have reported them to the FTC. This is a scam, they've been open for 8 months and bet they're out of business before users can get their money back.

Customer Service Sucks
I have been getting supplements f r om this company for almost a year and the deliveries have gotten out of control. I am unable to speak to a human and my emails get no response. Iam continuing to get billed and my bank is uselless.

I needed to delay my subscription or…
I needed to delay my subscription or cancel it I have to many jars I only hav 3 cats. I give them a scup in the morning. It is hard to figure out if I am giving them the right amount.

Bad product, bad business
Really shady business practices. The product doesn't work. I was enrolled in autorenew without my consent, at least not in any transparent way. I caught the autorenewal immediately, while my order was being processed and told them to stop processing it, not send it and refund me. They mailed it anyway. I requested a refund (as their policy online states) and they said they would refuse it. This is an unethical business. Buyer beware.

Easy to use
My cats seem more lively and their eyes are brighter, but I noted one of them was throwing up more than usual after starting the taurine. But overall I'm happy with the results. We'll see what their vet says at our next visit.

Scam company doesn’t stand behind their product
This company refuses to give me a refund when I first ordered. It took several weeks probably like six to get to me and when I tried the product, it did not work. My one cat continued to vomit and now the other cat started vomiting. Once I stopped the product both cats stopped vomiting I canceled the order. Tried to return what I had was unsuccessful with that then just today they charged me again for another order that they are processing and shipping out. I contacted them to cancel this because I canceled it before and they said it’s too late to cancel the order or refund my money. They can only give me back 10% and I can keep the product.. I told him they need to stand behind their product and I want my money back and I have yet to hear from them. This is a horrible company and I do not recommend anybody using them in the future.
