Raven did a great job at communicating when I needed my couch repaired. She was quick to reply and helped set up the repair. Mohammed came at the exact time as was arranged and was super professional, getting it working again properly. I love our King Living furniture and the customer service is always top notch!

We bought a set of recliner sofas and there were some issues with the motor right when delivered. After we reached out to customer service, Raven has been patiently guiding us through the process and providing us with constant updates. We never once thought that we were forgotten or lost in process. This experience was smooth and not stressful. Thank you Raven! Sergey from the service team was also amazing! He was so knowledgeable, responsible, and respectful throughout the multiple trips he made to fix the sofa. I trust his skills.

I’m very impressed with this company. From start to finish, purchase to delivery, everything was as promised. The service and product has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my Oscar sofa bed. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again or recommend it to friends.

The experience with the people at king living was a pleasant one from start to finish. There was a hiccup with the delivery of items and they were attentive and accommodating to the best of their abilities to rectify the situation.
