I’ve ordered from Kidrobot a few times now and have always had a good experience. Products are made well and super cute, ships pretty quickly, and customer service has been helpful when I’ve had to reach. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

This review is specifically for Ricci, the most amazing and human customer service rep I've ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. Historically Kid Robot's customer service has been 1 star at best, so much so that I've considered just not shopping with them anymore. ...but I just love their stuff so much! When I reached out to solve a problem this last time, I expected the same cold, scripted type of response I've become accustomed to, but I got Ricci. The story is that I had waited over a year for limited edition collectors sculpture that I couldn't have been more excited about. It FINALLY shipped and I was so excited. Then, USPS took it upon themselves to decide that I didn't live at my address anymore and marked it "return to sender". The item was, of course, sold out. When I reached out to customer support, hoping and praying that they would just send it back to me, I was initially told "not to worry, because I will be refunded the purchase price", which is NOT at all what I wanted. Ricci went out of her way to track the returned item down, stop it from being restocked, and coordinated to have it resent to me, though this was not their policy and definitely going above and beyond! Kid Robot has one amazing customer service person, a goddess named Ricci.

Can't recommend enough.. Ricci is an angel and the products look AWESOME!! I had this huge auto-fill mishap and my order got stuck in customs bc of it and had to wait for the package to be shipped back over the Atlantic.. Kidrobot was extremely helpful and understanding over my mistake.
