We are pleased to now be with Kibo. Their customer service is available almost any time to talk to and we love that with our two businesses. Most companies take forever and a lifetime to get through to a “live” person, but with Kibo that person has been Crystal for us, she is wonderful and made each part of the step to get set up and running, easy and stress-free. We can call her anytime for continual support. She provided excellent professional customer service. You cannot go wrong with joining this company. Say goodbye to ALL your high credit card charges!

We recently changed from the processer we had been using to Kibo and have been extremely satisfied with the service and the outstanding sales and customer service we have received from Ryan. He has been with us at every step, answering every question. Thank you, Ryan, Maria & Kibo! We are going to be saving thousands compared to the overpriced processing we have been paying.

I received a postcard in the mail from Kibo Pay back in 2022. I decided to reach out to them and find out how everything worked and got Mary Ocampo who has been God sent. I eliminated my old credit card services and transition to Kibo Pay, always guided by Mary and her supervisor. Best decision of the year. Hassle free and saving thousands!!! Thank you Kibo Pay, Mary Ocampo and her team. :-)
