I ordered a part that was based on Kiapartsnow search using my vehicle vin number. I also followed up with them to confirm it was the proper part. The part comes in, I disassemble my car seat to get to the seat heater to replace it and learn that they sent me the wrong part. I tried to return it but they denied the return because it is an electronic part. Didn't matter that the part is still sealed in package and that THEY sent me the wrong part. Apparently if you order an electronic part, you are on your own regardless if they screw up. I won't make this mistake again. Order from them at your own risk. Crappy company!!

Where is my part? How am I reviewing this sale when I haven’t even gotten the part?

Great price, right part, looks great (sleek mirror identical to old one but with door open buttons on underside), and secure (vs using garage door opener on visor as the mirror only works when you have the car on which requires a physical or NFC key). This part works for 2023+Niro, plug and play if the exiting mirror is auto-dimming as it has the power wiring. Pop off the small plastic panel above the mirror stem, unlpug the connector, loosen the T20 screw, lift out the old mirror, reverse to add the new.
